It’s hard for me not to get excited about Spring. The snow is gone, I can fire up the bar-b-que… And I can watch my favorite teams play baseball on satellite TV! (Spring Cleaning might have to wait until after the World Series.)
The team I follow the most is the Red Sox. I also love watching baseball from other countries, so I got a directv international packageso that I could watch international games. I am a true Red Soxfan through and through and that won’t be changing – ever! Getting to watch Big Papi slug one out of the park, see Varitek battle it out with the umpire, and see my boy Jacoby Ellsbury steal every base he can – that’s priceless.
So when Spring has sprung, you can bet that if there is a Red Sox game on, I’m going to be sitting right in front of that television watching every single minute of it. I just couldn’t forgive myself if I missed a grand slam, a double play, or who knows – even a stolen home base!
